quick, act indignant & pass the buck! that screendoor fwaps both ways - "and if your memory was half as good as it used to be, you'd have been hounding me all last week! can't rely on nobody anymore!" if possible, be close to the door when you bring that up. :)

Gene darling....you best add flowers to that list...something she can plant...so she can give it the name of.."i fogot plant"...in the mean time..here's a little poem i wrote many moons ago when my husband of 27 yrs also "forgot"...and still does from time to time...but i've learned that going to work every day, taking out the trash without being told, keeping my suv full of fuel so my hands dont' smell of gas, giveing me courage, tucking me in like a child when i'm sick...all say "I love you" without buying a thing.
The smell of a man
With a fresh shaved face
Wide caloused hands
Folded for grace
Strong arms to hold me
When i need a lift
A sily smile offered <<<<
His excuse for no gift<<<<
These thoughts come to me
And all that you do
I'll always love you hon
And look up to you.

Helllooooo Hollie, so nice to meet you.
beautiful poem gonna print it out for her,she
don't do computers much so I waste a lot of paper &
ink printing stuff for her. I always fill her car
when she needs gas, and she understands about
men's (speaking only for myself, lest I get into
trouble on here LOL)ONE-TRACK MINDS.
