The water was bubbling out the top but I didn't happen to catch that in the picture.

There is a pipe in the center with water running constantly.

I took that picture today in Tamworth, New Hampshire.
Maybe I didn't explain enough earlier---the water pipe is up the center, like a volcano.

No, bill, it's not really a stalagmite. It's a big hunk of ice. I think Halliburton put it there to make people ask questions. It's to help George Bush and Dick Cheney take money from the ordinary people and give it to their rich oil friends in Texas.
Or so I've been told.
