have a wife with a good town job.

There's talk about letting ranchers marry more then one wife. Getting where you can't make it ranching with only one wife's income.

Yup, that's the way it is around here, too. Can't make a living off 150-200 mama cows any more. Getting harder and harder to find anyone making it with out off farm/ranch income.

Right on, Clem, Can't figure it out, get a government pension, work out steady, and have an income off the farm, my newest vehicle is a 93, my newest tractor is three times antique age, and still can't go on a vacation to visit some of the good friends I've made here, not that any of them want me to visit.....but, you get the picture! I find that my income does not overrun my espenses, have too much month left at the end of the money, just about the time you make ends meet, somebody moves the ends.........well, didn't accomplish much, but I feel a little better, so, have a gooder, R.E.L.
