I have been working on my Tender the last few weeks adding things to it. I will be out on the road with cars that seem to not understand it takes more space to stop and swerve around them if they do something stupid. I sure don't want to mess up my truck running over a car! I have had a few problems with trucks in the past but way more problems with cars that can zip in, cut you off or pass when it is not safe. These new cars can manuver and stop much better than a truck and I think a lot of the problems happen when they take chances doing it and get hurt in the process. I am ready for the 2005 Fire Season now the change in the weather allowed me to get it ready sooner. Can't wait to take her for a drive soon. All shined up and clean and a bunch of new goodies like new tires, pressure washer & hose reel for it and some diamond plate alumium over the gasoline tank along with a new fold up step!! Big Boy Toys! Mark H.

i started this mess about truckers this am only because of an accurance i had that ended up with serious injuries because of an error on the part of a trucker following too close i realize and have stated that most truckers are safe drivers if i hadn't pulled off the road i could have been involved.it was not an attact on truckers in general just the unsafe ones

I relise what your saying. Problem is when you have a Big Truck and drive wrong you can do a lot more damage!! The energy involved does not treat cars kindly. One reason I give them all the room I can on the road right or wrong. Mark H.
