We love boiled/steamed cauliflower with cheese. Brocolli is good too.

We have found that Velvetta (spelling?) is the best for making the cheese sauce. There is not a bit of real cheese in it but its tasty.

My favorite veggies are brocolli and cauliflower.

I make a quickie bachelor Mac&cheese by simply cooking and draining 2 cups of mac, then stirring in a can of Campbells Cheddar Cheese Soup...have used Cream of Broccoli or Broccoli Cheese soup on occaision(makes)about 5 cups worth.10 min,1 pan,1 spoon :)
