Here in Eastern Pa. up at our small farm I can't help but wonder where have all these flocks of Snow Geese been comming from? In the past two years more and more large flocks of snow geese have been invading our cut down corn fields. There are still lots of regular geese but the numbers of snow geese have grown. They hang around the small ponds and then fly out to corn fields to feed. Any one else been seeing a lot of the snow geese?

Seldom see them up here on the way North, but on the way South in the fall, this valley has 30+ thousand filter through...

The Snowies are way overpopulated and are literally eating themselves out of house and home...

The daily hunting bag-limits from Canada to Mexico have risen to 15+/day depending on state...You can even legally use recorded calling devices for them in the Spring, and you can also hunt without a 'plug' in your gun in the Spring seasons...

If you own or ghave access to some of those fields, go get your license and 'duck' stamps and have at it...

Dang good eating BTW...
