Oklahoma`s native son, original from my hometown of Claremore. there is a very nice museum in Claremore, also one can see the J.M. Davis gun museum. Claremore is located in north east Oklahoma on historical route 66.

Yeah, I know. I was born and raised in OK and lived in Tulsa for 22 years. I visited and took my boy scout troop to the Will Rogers memorial there at Claremore several times. Also visited his birth place up by Oolaga.

Did you ever see the Davis gun collection when it was still in the old Hotel?

yes i did, it was in the old Mason Hotel, Mr. Davis was still giving tours then.
