I need a little help here. From what I understand the time zones here are figured on S M T . I am P S T . SOOOOOOOOOOO if it 10 am here, what is it in E S T ?

Gran,when i use to visit my kin out there i went throug 3 time zones,lost 3 hours going and gained 3 coming back but never set my watch,kind of odd but even more odd sailing the 7 seas,gaining a day loseing a day but evens its self in the end,But i know what you are getting at, the time difarence on this board and the chat room,I was there with you and Smitty and everyone else had gone to bed,i stay up late so i want wake up to early. Remember that the sun comes up in the east. When the sun comes up for you, it has been up for 3 hours in New York City.

The sun goes from EST, to CST, to MST, then to PST. (Eastern, Central, Mountain, Pacific)

I'm in Florida Gran so it's about 11:15pm here which means past my bedtime so goodnite. Glad you got a giggle from the one liners : )
