At the risk of sounding callous and uncaring, I need to know, do you have eating and sleeping on the brain?

I once knew a lady that had trouble sleeping. Of course, she had all sorts of personal problems. She just didn't know how to relax.

Maybe I should mention, if you get too relaxed, folks'll think you lazy. Take last night for instance. I worked very hard yesterday and when I came in I sad down after dinner and the warmth of the room caused some drooping of the eyelids. When I woke, it was about 10 pm. So, I proceeded to shave and shower and when it was over, I was as awake as if I was in a room full of rattlesnakes. So, I needed to wind down before sleep would come. Now, what do you think I did? I stopped by here for a few minutes and then I worked on planning out my garden. At about 2:30, I went to bed and slept like a brick.

Hope you get over your insomenia...gfp
