Does anyone have a receipe for pickling banana peppers? I have a huge crop that I hate to have to go to waste.

Been a loooong time but as I recal we would mix 50/50 water and vinegar, heat to boil and pour over sliced peppers already in the jar and seal. It is really easy. Put a clove of garlic in each jar for a little added punch, experiment with dill or any herb.

Thank you for a response. OK, I will just go for it.
