New Holland 3930

I am looking to purchase a 1999 New Holland 3930 from an individual. I used it the other day to cut 3 acres and it did a wonderful job but when I was finished I let it Idle and heard a knocking from the motor. Now this is the funny part, I took it to a local tractor place and they said this was normal for this model tractor. I was just curious if anyone else that has a 3930 has this knocking in the motor also. The tractor has only 315 hrs on it. I am just alittle scared to fork out a whole lot of money if this is not normal.
Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks
Toby

It's a limey made hunk of junk!

Without hearing the knock, it's impossible to tell. I'd talk with the service manager at your local New Holland dealership and maybe take it by and let him listen to it.
