driving through my front yard. And he said even if no damage was done, he was definetly in the wrong. There are no easements, the farmer has never farmed this land before, I put in the driveway, the property has its own entrance, etc.
So, out of the lack of consideration of the farmer,"if you want to call him that " found out hes some kid, trying to make a buck, leasing everybodys land and planting on it, they have heard of him already at the township. I might as well make it difficult for him. I am going to gate my drive, so his planting is land locked, and he can pay me a "toll". Now I am only doing this because, 1. he never asked me if he can drive through my front yard, 2. he never called me afterwards to ask or apoligized, 3. They rushed out of there when I drove into my driveway.
The zoning board said I can and should do it. That is one thing I can not stand is rude people or lack of consideration for other people. and hey, I have to have some fun, don't I ??
