Sat in a Fire Fighters Class for 8 hours today. It was warm in the room hard to stay awake too. Get home lay down for a little nap and wake up 5 hours later?? Still don't feel like doing any thing. Had a big bowl of Ice Cream, Cup Cake and a cup of Coffie and now I am ready to go to bed? I did not even do any work? Not sure about this behavior. Hope I don't get used to it. Mark H.

Mark...It's a sign that your projects are done. You posted that your farm is done...that's a bad sign! :) You need another project. What's next?

Mark, I can relate. For me, at 48, I find the less active I am, the less active my body tells me I should be. Can't find much wisdom in that!!So, I try to do lots...treadmill, biking with the kids, a little ( and I mean a little lol! ) tennis, plenty of yardwork, ( I have a heavily wooded acre I tend), time in the pool, walking lots. I also like doing all the things you mentioned, the eating and napping!!! I am a school teacher and am teaching summerschool this year( I have the treat of having only 7 kids instead of the usual 120 or so) so I am especially enjoying the class. Mainly what helps keep me in sync is the daily dependence on God's Word. He is truly my anchor. Good to read your posts. Steve

I used to think people who sat in offices all day didn't deserve any pay - heck, settin ain't workin, is it? You're only getting old when you know better, so gracefully accept your confusion as a sign of youth! lol

I will tell you right now I would sure not want a desk job!! My butt ain't designed to sit that long. My legs and knees were hurting so bad not being able to move around. I seemed to just stiffen up to a point I hurt. Be nice to go out and dig some fence post hole and get loose again! Mark H.
