...I have had a chance to post with! Seems like
it has taken off the edge of lonliness living here
back in the country again. Also, I hope to find
like-minded individuals in my area as our kids
leave the nest. Also, our fireworks in our community were Sunday night. Afterwards, we had
a campfire (my husband bought me a BEAUTIFUL campfire ring for mother's day). Our 17' camper
is also set up nearby. When our kids came home
after the fireworks, (with potential future
son-in-laws), a great time was had by all. They
were in awe of our 3 acre farmette! So, it makes
me feel good that our 12 yrs. of hard work, the
good with the bad, is having some reward!

Thanks again! This site and the folks here have
help make it possible to hang in there--From the
good advice to the sense of humor it takes!

I'm glad it's working out for you folks - I'm figuring out that everybody pretty much IS where they wanta be. We're all creatures of habit and we listen to ourselves more than we'd like to admit. Those who worry wouldn't know how to relax. Those who are poor would fritter away the lottery winnings rather than learn to live rich.

Another thing - there ARE NO lazy people, and there are darn few natural-born screwups - those who look that way are just doing the wrong thing! Think about it - does anybody want to sit down to supper at nite and say "Boy, i shafted them again today!" or "Bad as i messed up yesterday, today i tried to ruin the whole shop!" No, of course not, everybody WANTS TO feel like they did alright, no matter how the day turned out! "How was work?" "Fine." Now when that person gets the right job - he'll come in chuckling. Simple as that.

I'll get off my soapbox now and recognize the distinguished lady from the farmette. :)
