How many still riding the train to clean air? It has been rough going every so often. I just find something to do and do it. I notice though I am a little depressed so I have been sleeping more but at least while sleeping I am not thinking of smoking. The days are getting a lot easier - it is still the mornings that are killers. Well I guess I have griped enough - thanks for listening.

How is everyone else??!! Missed you this morning and last night.

One thought you should keep in mind through all this is,that once you have really kicked the habit tell your self that you will never start smoking again,so you won't have to go through quiting all over again. Once is rough enough to endure. Keep up the good work.

Well, I've been on the train longer than the rest of you. Hope nobody's jumped off yet. Just think of all the money you're saving. That all by itself otter be enough incentive.
BTW, if I'da knowed that train was goin to Nova Scotia, I'da got onto it, too. That's a beautiful place and I've been meaning to go back. ";^)

I have been in all the Canadian provinces except Newf/Lab and loved it all. Especially fond of Quebec and the maritimes.
