For at least 10 yrs now I have been using a drop of "crazy glue, super glue" cyroacrylate(sic)on and to close small cuts and injuries, paper cuts, sliver removal excavations etc to close and seal the wound against dirt/germs after cleaning. This followed an old write-up about how it was being used in the orient and europe in lieu of stitches to help prevent scarring and additional injury. At that time it was not approved for such uses in America, however I know from friends in medecine that it is/was also being used here.NOW we have ads on TV/Radio/print media for this wondrous new"Dermabond" which IS for all intents the same glue. With Crazy,Super etc at 1.99-3.99 tube,I expect the lil cigarette filter sized syrette of "Dermabond" or it's competitors to come in around $50 with good health insurance...We will see,my pharmacist advises he does not have it on his availability list yet,but will adv me when he gets a price.

You're probably right Joe. Maybe even more 'til the new wears off.
