After spending last week at the County Fair & Rodeo I was depressed read the post below. I agree that there are too many kids that need to be introduced to the old fashion switch on regular basic but after working the 4-H / FFA livestock section at the fair I gotta say there is a whole lot of great kids out there. Sure you don't want to get too close if they're washing their livestock or playing with a rope but it was all in fun. It was a long week with lots of late nights but I enjoyed every min. of it. Kids made me feel young again (until quiting time when I don't feel so young). Hang around with 4-H/FFA kids and you see hope in the future.

best years of our lives is doing things with younger generstion. Seems like county fairs bring out the work thenics in kids. might have parents coaching kids but not like in some ball games . I have a problem with the way parents act there. Maybe the rural background helps at the fair
