..of constant sorrow. Attended the "Down From The Mountain Tour" concert at KC's beautiful Starlight Theater last night. I'll keep this short because if I get started I'll be here typing all day. Just say it's been a long time since there has been such a collection of talent on one stage, FANTABOULOUS !!!!!!!!

The wife and I went to the Down From the Mountain concert in Big D a few weeks ago. It was absolutely great. We have been to a couple of Allison Krauss and Union Station concerts during the last few years. They are absolutely the most talented band ever, IMHO. What made it so special that whole families were there, from young kids to the old folks, and everyone seemed to have a great time. Bluegrass rules!

Haven't watched the movie. Have listened to the CD. My band does "Keep on the sunny side". Great stuff.

They did much more than cover the movie. 3+ hours worth of music from the mountains to the Mississippi delta. Ooops, here I go.

Thankfully, Bluegrass is growing here in Noo Inglund. I'd hate to think that I'd have to move down south just to get a dose of some real authentic music. You sure have got a much better chance of hearing in on your side of Mason and Dixon's line.
Check out my group's website if you'd like. (Still under construction)

We are so jealous! One reason we bought "Oh Brother..." movie was the soundtrack. Glad you enjoyed it. Wish we were there. Later ya'll, Rachel
