Gonna have a lot of lamb this year. Anybody ever make lamb sausage? Should I mix with pork? beef? Any recipes? Thanks.

Assyrian Lamb sausage at Just Recipies has basil, salt, tarragon, pepper, & pomegranite.
Morroccan Lamb sausage at Recipie Archives has parsley, onion, marjoram, oregano, cayenne, pepper, salt, cumin, & coriander.
My husband is 83 and used to make lamb sausage like she did with salt, garlic, white pepper, celeryu seed, and sage. He doesn't remember the amounts either!

I am also looking for a recipe for Lamb Sausage.
I know the ingredients: garlic, white pepper, celery seed, sage, and salt, but I don't know how much ingredients of each to use. My father had this recipe and misplaced it. He is 80 years and was wanting to make some, so if you can help I would appreciate it.
Thanks
