how do you run the stove pipe through a standard
16" stud wall? ive found several thimbles but
not sure which one is right. my stove uses 6" pipe, and the thimbles ive found use 8". is there an adapter for 8" to 6"?

Woody,
I have a six inch thimble through my wall with the stove I am using now. I believe that you will want to find a six inch thimble instead of using an adapter. I used an adapter with the last stove I had and was told by people that should know that this was wrong.
