I have a John Deere H spreader, which is from the same era, and even my Yuppie John Deere dealer (sells compact diesels and $20,000 lawnmowers, not Ag equipment) had no problem getting bearings and a couple of tiny little springs for the drive ratchet pawls. I'd think a good CaseIH dealer could get most stuff for you.

Most of the chain (apron chains, beater drives, etc) are commonly available through supply houses or Central Tractor.

Also, hit the Yesterday's Tractors classified ads with a Wanted ad for big stuff like beaters, I see ads for Model 100's every now and then, there's bound to be a few getting parted out.
