Hi all, haven't had much to say lately, so I thought I'd just stop for a minute to say hey! DH's son, Eric, is scheduled for his cancer surgery next Wednesday. Doesn't look like it has spread anywhere so things are looking up there. He was suppose to have it this Wed. but took 2 asprin the day before, oops. Let my guineas out for the first time yesterday and if that damned goofy Charley(gold. ret. pup) didn't catch and kill one. Cleaned the barn head to toe, not a cobweb left and started painting the house. SEE why I never have anything to say!

Have a great holiday weekend!!!

Yrs ago we used to have a guy come every summer and spray the barn with some liquid that either killed or drove off the spideys. Can't remember the name of it.Guy was same guy who did farm whitewashing which could also have the spider stuff mixed in.Might be that whatever it was is no longer available, but might be worth checking on.

Hi, Jamo, JoeK....yup.....busy is the word.....time we all get EI's "honey do" list out of the way......will be next friday! sure bin lotsa happenin's on the board the last few days....can't for the life of me figure out what happened.....fella does two nite shifts and all H... breaks loose......who started all this uproar, anyhow? sure am glad that I'm not like that.....startin' somethin' and then head fer the hills.....just like to come here and relax, just visit with all the nice people......just say hi to everyone......well.....guess I better go.....have a dissapointment at the docs.....he says I'm at deaths door....but thinks he can pull me through......heard him say somethin about amputatin' and too bad about not being able to wear a tie anymore.....not too clear on all this.....awhile back he prescribed viox for my knee.....well....kinda think the girl at the drugsore got mixed up, and gave me viagra instead....because my knee swelled up worse and got REALY stiff.....the only real advantage was the fact that I quit rolling out of bed......Doris has been sleeping in the big chair of late.....somethin's up....she just asked me if I wanted breakfast.....made the mistake of saying.. "are you sending out"?......real hard to type with one finger now.......have a gooder, R.E.L. from, "As The Stomach Turns"
