for butternut squash. Planted 6 plants, got about 1/2 mile of vines and at at least a wheel barrow full of big ones. My wife usually peals them and boils them, taste's like sweet potatoes but just how many sweet potatoes can ya eat. I know that someone out there has a good reciept for em. Thanks Gordon.

Yankee, I always spit them down the middle. Scrape out the seeds, and put brown sugar and butter in the hollow. Then put them in the oven, or microwave.
