I think I may live, man I don't know what hit me, maybe Sherry, Adieu, Sassy, running over a hole with my little red car and breaking something major that holds all the oil, (teach me to take side roads like Dennis does in his truck), the heat, trying to do 2001 Taxes (yeah you heard right), the heat, the dog that I cannot do you know what to because he hides someplace.

Anyway today I woke up and feel almost human, Dennis sure will be glad about that, he has been through heck with me. I just want to be left alone and I was so miserable that I couldn't even stand myself.

I checked my favorite site first and what do I see but two not one but TWO spams. Hey guys what should we do, another Jessica or just ignore it. Do people just think we are waiting to waste our money? I guess they just haven't quite figured out we don't like spam. Now they are directing us to E-Bay, I sell on E-bay and I would never direct anyone there.

WOW - you can tell I haven't been on a soapbox for awhile - sorry about that. But sometimes it is like the phone ringing you answer and there it is telemarketing. I am done.

Have a beautiful day filled with laughter, smiles, and lotsa hugs.

Hogman** Welcome back ta tha world of tha livin    Posted 09-02-2002 at 16:42:53       [Reply]  [No Email]
We missed Ya Chiled.

For what it's worth EI You can blame anything Ya want to on Ole Sassy after tha way She run off with that one eyed Booze pedler. Plumb busted My heart Ya noe.Doubt I'll ever recover, think I'll just go up'n help Jake this winter, mabe shoot one of them kodak bears with a pineapple cannon.
Get that wild feelin once in a while.

Hogman, You'd be welcome, too. Lots of work on a Yukon pineapple farm this time of year and them pineapples work really good on them brown bears up to about 200 yards. Blue Ear Jack, my neighbor got one last year that had a hanging weight of almost 1800lbs. Took three pineapples to finally kill it, though. Ol' Blue Ear said he wasn't shootin' too good that day. Said it was some bad beer he got hold it. Well, we've working on my old DH Beaver. We hung a rebuilt engine and prop on her and them parts is getting hard to find and mighty expensive when ya do. Got the floats off and the skis on. Yup, she's ready to go. One thing about that bird, if ya can get it in the door it'll haul it out. Going up to Keno near Lake Mayo tomorrow but I'm taken the Twin Otter. Sure like them PT6 engines-mighty reliable.

Ain't no plane like a OLD plane,I had a "WARNER powered FLEET Mrk IV" vintage of 1932. Sold it in 47,too much fun what with NO brakes and tail skid.Little scary on a paved runway.

1800 on Tha rail'n three pineapples ta put It down Ya say? That sounds like a good'un in spite of tha beer. A little more developement work on tha canon'n,mounted on Tha ESSEX,War Dept might take a long hard look at it. Make a wonderful weapon,if tha pineapples did'nt get em tha'd be easy pickins whilest eatin up tha pineapple debris, mabe just club'em er such. Whatcha think???
I thought ole Blue Ear'd headed up above timberline ta take over ole one eyes saw mill. Musta been one of Ger's ugly rumors try'n ta excite tha Natives inta a Yukon Payton place extravaganza under tha Nortern Lights Ya know.

I treat the spam same as I do the telemarketers. Ignore them. Although some times I entertain the telemarketers with a conversation. Try to trade 'em hogs or chickens for what they are selling.

LOL. I just hand the phone to whoever else is sitting around and tellum "it's for you".

If I'm by myself I just start saying "hello-hello-hello-can ye hear me now"

Nathan(GA)    Posted 09-02-2002 at 16:01:21       [Reply]  [No Email]
Hey Burrhead! I love it when they ask for my wife. She hates them calls. I say "sure" and hand her the phone. Then I get the "look".

Did ya get the gasket fixed on that puter?

Burrhead    Posted 09-02-2002 at 17:27:58       [Reply]  [No Email]
Yeah I got a rice burner kicked off. So far-so good. It's a Sony.

Ma Burr & me both wanted a Dell but they was too long on the waiting list. They said it would take 3 to 4 weeks for delivery.

When we put a Dell in at the farm it only took about 8-10 days and was there all ready to go. Just had to plug it in and it was already setup with internet and all. I did'nt get my scanner or fax plumbed in yet and it don't recognize some email address but what the heck.

If it don't do better in a day or 3 I may worm it and ring it's nose.

My wife bought a Dell about a month ago for her side business. It was here in about a week. And like you say, plug it in and go. It's got a suped up motor in it. Mine's just a 2 banger, but it gets me here and there.

Hogman    Posted 09-02-2002 at 19:36:30       [Reply]  [No Email]
OD,pasin gear? think this ole IBM runs in first with a low speed rear end.
Thoughts on DELL. I keep thinkin about a replacement or else take this'un to tha local garage for overhaul. Hate tha thought of spendin all that money for a new'un.

Nathan(GA)    Posted 09-02-2002 at 19:43:00       [Reply]  [No Email]
Hers is auto/od. Mine is a stump puller. Hers came with a big windshield too. Mine was almost $1500 4 years ago. Hers was about $1100. I got some more slots in mine and need to upgrade the memory. It forgets bout as much as I do.

This phone line connection we got is bad slow though. So aint no kind gonna go fast on the internet from here.

Hogman ** I THANK YOU KIND SIR    Posted 09-02-2002 at 19:58:33       [Reply]  [No Email]
Had'nt thought about tha phone speed, that might be part of it,but see'in as this one is 4 years old and has never been cleaned or had a lube job,it may just be full of moss, chick weed'n simmon sprouts.
