Know any good quick salads? I like salad and salad things - always did. So after years of tearing lettuce apart & dumping sweet stuff on it, i've taken to finding an easier way. Durn good salad can be made with a pkg of salad veggies, little can of beans, stir & eat. Add maybe olives, apple slices, pineapple, salami, cheese, crackers, crumbed hamburger meat, whatever. Good part is - use the juice of everything and you don't need dressing! :)

Can you handle tuna? l small can of low sodium
tuna, packed in water, drained. To this add:
torn up lettuce, 1-2 teaspoon Light Hellman's mayo, l slice (torn up) wheat bread, 1/2 c. sugar free pineapple chunks, drain (and save juice), onion or onion flakes, black pepper to taste. Now add 1 to 2 T. of the pineapple juice
and toss all together! Chill in refrigerator
for lunch! Old weight watcher recipe, will help
with weight loss.

Cook up Shell Pasta. Toss with Fat Free Ranch
or Original Hidden Valley Ranch salad dressing,
Bacon Bits, Cucumbers, that are sliced lengthwise
and diced, 1/2 c. Frozen Peas (thawed). Chill
this overnight.
