Shelby did good at the fair with her Steer!

This was her first time showing a Steer (Scan) at the Fair. She got a Blue Ribbon in the Novius Class! Her Steer turned out nice looking and she did it on her own too! I wish I did as good when I showed once 40 years ago!!! Realy proud of her for following thru with it till the end. Mark H.

I remember bieng in 4H & showing a Holstein heifer (called her Argosy) at the fair - sanding her hooves, braiding her tail, mineral oiling her coat - i even spent the last nite in the stall with her so she wouldn't mess anything up - oh she was purty - that was fun. :)
