I wish there was some way I didn't have to go to work tomorrow. I take the subway past Ground Zero on my way to work. I should be there for my clients who might need counseling that day. On a lighter note, my next radio/internet broadcast of Cowboy Joe's Radio Ranch will take place on Sat. Oct 5 from 3 to 5pm EASTERN. You can hear the live broadcast by going to my home page and clicking on the WBAI link. Perhaps if folks send an Email to WBAI's program director, the show might be heard more frequently. There's a Email link on my home page. CHEERS.

Whatever you decide to do, don't look back with any regrets about it. My amatoor barnyard sigh-colligy tells me that that's a good deal of what ails folks' heads these day. Make a decision using the best information you have at the time. If it turns out to be the wrong one, suck it up, pick up the pieces and move on.
Wish I had time to pick up your show. Too busy doing shows of my own.

Joe, Just be glad you have a good job to go to. Some of us aren't that forunate.

I agree with LH. If it bothers you that much, you aren't gonna do the patients any good.

Thanks Nathan. Actually I like my job, it's the agency's health care benefits I can't stand; too much money out-of-pocket.

Just eat an apple a day and drop the coverage!

Not a bad idea.

Cowboy Joe,you wished there was some way you didn't have to go to work tomorow,I wished I had the right words or solution for you.Been reading your posts for some weeks now about your 'dilemma'and haven't been able to come up with words of wisdom to calm your soul,to help you, somehow.Thought that maybe if I didn't have the right tune for you to face the music, that I ought to keep my thoughts to myself but decided to come foward and let you know that you'll be in our prayers, and no matter what you decide to do it will be the right one. When you open your eyes in the morning you'll know exactly what to do.Won't you??

God Bless You

I can only imagine how hard tomorrow will be for you and for everyone in New York. I guess probably for all of us. Take care.

P.S. Be sure to remind us of your program on Oct. 5.

Joe remember the old saying Physician Heal Thy self? Well in this case if depresses you too muh to go past ground zero tommorrow then don't do it. You cna't help your clients any if your mind is elsewhere or your in a bad mood yourself.

Thanks LH for the suggestion. However, as a psychotherapist, I feel a need to be there for my clients, assuming anyone shows up. Now as far as being depressed about living in NYC...

Sorry about the repeat post. I thought the first one didn't go through.
