Just wanted to say thanks for all the input on replacing my floor. It was T&G and that is where the rot was, the floor looked good!!! I am replacing with pressure treated 2X8's, not T&G, so that the moisture can escape. There is a tack welded angle piece by the escape door and that is how to get the boards out, thanks to bob for that bit of info. This is a good board for those of us that live out of town and have to be independent. How do I know I am in the country?? The nearest Walmart is 50 miles away and the nearest Sam's Club is 120!!!

And here i whined about having to go 90 niles to Fargo for some Menards drywall. Heck i feel practically downtown now! Course we're 160 miles north of the Cities, so Minneapolis IS one of our southern suburbs. We deal with burned out city people every weekend, and i tell them if they lived here, they'd be home by now :)
