(there's a picture in the photo gallery)
Well, i got the thing together and it's about right - i used a 1-ton winch, bolts have held so far, nothing's bent and the winch lugs down before anything breaks, so like the guy who jumped off the skyscraper kept saying, so far so good. I'm ready for the big time now! lol

Well that should cut down on the back pain this heating season DC. Is that an electric winch you have there?

Yeah it's one of those 1-ton Fleet Supply electrics. It growls along slow but it'd probly lift a ton. I'm not real young anymore and need a booster at times - but i likie burning wood. I loaded a barrel of ashes, pulled the dock up, tried all kindsa things. Other day i just felled a buncha trees and winched from the middle of them - got a whole load with a coupla moves. :)
