I build them, and thats a good price, I would be giving you a price for about $9600, so yours isn't too bad.

nope but id sure like too , just that the better half thinks the big barn is just fine for a garage for me , first i have to change her mind then come up with the cash , i got a big job ahead, i don,t know where your at but that does sound pretty high for a garage of that size, usually you can by packages minus the concret floor for alot less . glad your getting a garage thou good luck. later ger

I did mine last winter, 24x24 attached 4/12 with 16 foot door for bout 8 with floor included. The foundation was already done when the house was done. That was labor included. But I did get a few deals here and there. If you go with someone for the whole shot it can be more. I got a friend to lay the cement, and the laborers were a few local guys who were part of a crew who was slow already, and wanted cash for x-mas gifts and such.

Depending where you are and labor costs, seems high to me.This weeks Menards flyer has materials package for 24x24"Premium"garage w/vinyl siding, truss roof for $3619,or side entry for $3819.This would be complete materials pkg, less floor, labor, delivery.
