Anyone interested in forming a posse to catch the I-95 sniper? And what to do with him when caught$

Tonight that cowardly scum shot a woman at the Home Depot in Falls Church, VA. Until January 1998, I lived two blocks up the street from that store. Nice neighborhood, good restaraunts. And one lowly inadequately endowed SOB who deserves to be shot down and bleed to death in the gutter like a mad dog. Problem, is that anyone familiar with the roads down there can be miles away in two or three minutes. For instance, from the Home Depot parking lot, I could be in DC in less than six minutes, or I-66. Or take any of the hundreds of side streets through the neighborhoods to get away. Can I have dibs on flipping the switch on this guy? (after a fair trial of course) Hope they get him in VA, I think they still execute folks there. In MAryland, the tax payers would have to support him for life.

Ticks me off that the media is making him out to be a highly trained marksman. Any deer hunter worth his salt could make the shots he takes.

Maybe the sniper(s) is a terrorist - al queda type? Or like the idiot who bombed Oklahoma? I guess we will find out, hopefully soon. Irv

I guess we should be thankful that copycats aren't organized - every neighborhood has one shaky individual and this kinda foolishness could become routine. I think he's an ex-Vietnam disgruntled working guy who sees the end of his road, felt rejected all his life, never really got anywhere and decided it's time to express his gripes.

Military Trained 'Snipers' know where the true target is...

One Shot...One Kill...Always to the head...

This idiot, though so far effective, is shooting for a hit...not a kill.

Do not blame a Vet...

I'm in full agreement with Salmoneye and Willi-N.

Being a Vietnam Vet myself, disgrunteled with a lot of things I would be the first one to take him out if I had the chance. There are a lot of wackos out there that were never in the service. Please don't blame it on a Vet. Mark H.

My guess is that he's a gun control extremist. He figures that the best way to get states to enact draconian gun control laws is to go on a shooting spree in order to get public opinion on his side of the issue.

I think you are close Fred, this looks like a very organized effort, working very well. No spunout loser here, not likely any of these people where around in the 60's either.
Later Bob

Dont understand your problem with the Viet Nam vets, lot of Americian men and womem served and got nothing for it unless your count the 58K with their name on a wall. How many returning veterans from Nam did you spit on?

Guess i mis-stated something - i remember spending 2 weeks sick on that expletive-deleted ship, coming down the plank, encountering the idiots and i remember one of our guys said "We're home?" I think he summed it up best. Some of those guys haven't sobered up yet - That's why it wouldn't surprise me.....
No problem tho - you can rightly call me alotta things if you like - i'm no saint either. but they don't mean enough to me to wanna shoot them. Semper fi dude :)

Well being a retired police officer I hope he decides to go out fighting to save trouble, and prevent years of appeals at taxpayer expense while dragging the families of the victims through he11

Sure hope it goes that way, an I can only hope that there is a special place in H@ll for someone like that.

In regards to the cowardly sniper, please just one shot to your own head. would solve all his problems.
