Just in case you didn't read the top of this site here it is:
"This is the place to talk with others about topics related to country life and rural living. Ask a question, help with an answer or just share some of your ideas and experiences."

Truth of the matter is all politicians tend to be consumed only with paddig their own pockets, even those who do seem to have some ethics supporting their constituents are no doubt getting support from lobbyists. And I'm speaking of right wing, left wing, and all the fence riders. Soner or later they all succumb to the almighty dollar. And that my friends is my two bit opinion on the topic :-)

So am I, I am waiting to find out just what it is you are waiting for?? If anyone here wanted to respond to you, they would have responded to your first post!
My opinion is that no one is intrested in getting involved with your nonsense. MY OPINION ONLY!!
However if you are really serious, then I am still waiting also,,,
I'm waiting for you to make some sense, and next I am waiting for you to act like you want to be a part of the site!
Had you done a little homework, you would find that this kind of topic seldom, or never gets a response. If you can't accept that, then I personally am waiting for you to leave.
Have a great day, and a better political career.

So I guess when people here say something stupid on this site about Wellstone that they heard from some right winger on the radio and take it as gospel truth thats OK. But when I defend him then its "I am waiting for you to act like you want to be part of this site". I've read many political discussions on this site which were pretty one sided but when it comes to actual facts you guys are pretty weak.
As far as getting responses well, I guess you responded even if you couldn't answer the question. Next time I will think of something a little simpler for the simple minded. Maybe like what color is a Blue Jay.

What is hard to understand is why you keep coming back here trying to raise a topic that no one wants to respond to? and when they don't you keep harping on it???
Don't you understand that it is not a topic that most of us wish to discuss??
And, as a closer, when you don't get the response you desire, you resort to name calling. Now if you want to discuss the color of a bluejay, we can, but if you have to resort to calling me simple minded then perhaps there is another site that you would be better fitted to. If that is not the case then I will offer to let the rest of the board respond to you. If you ever grow up enough to speak like a man, then perhaps an inteligent conversation will be possible, until then have a great life.

If you can't answer the question then leave this thread. If you don't care move on. Does "put up or shut up" mean anything to you? Oh, and I will continue to ask this question to whoever will listen.

What is your point? I have plenty of thoughts but expounding them here would serve no purpose. It seems you desire a battle of wits and I have no desire to do battle with an unarmed man. There I spoke my piece you have spoken yours. Why don't you just give us the answer to the all fired important question if in fact there is one. I can think of some good on both sides of the aisle. And can not see wher anyone party deserves all the credit or all the blame.

And yet    Posted 10-28-2002 at 05:45:01       [Reply]  [No Email]
You blabber on with no answer to the original question. Only critizing the question proves my point. I'll ask again later. Give ya a little more time to TTTHHHHIIIIINNNNNNNKKKKKKKKK.

I vote. I found it's more effective than discussion. There is no discussion in politics only arguement. Arguement never settles anything or changes anybody's mind it only serves to provide conflict. Country life and that kind of politics don't mix.
However, if you must have arguement than you might want to try the Belle Fourche Intellectual Society. They meet at the Belle Inn in Belle Fourche, SD. There seems to be no particular meeting time, just when all the deadbeats manage to crawl out of their houses and go sit at the Belle to drink coffee and harass the waitress. The only requirement for membership seems to be an overwhelming need to voice ones dubious opinions in public and be willing to start a sittin on your butt arguement with a total stranger. This seems to be right up the sort of alley you're following.
If so, you're cordially invited to join.
