If you don't do anything else today please take the time to stop and thank a veteran for his or her service to our country.
After the 9-11 attack, it seems natural to me to remember the men and women who fought for MY freedom after the attack at pearl harbor,, I wonder how many of us think about the freedom that we have here, and who made it possible??
TO ALL OF YOU WHO BRAVELY SERVED YOUR COUNTRY AND PROVIDED MY FREEDOMS,,, I say to each and everyone of you,,,,, THANK YOU AND A JOB WELL DONE!!
In remembrance of those who gave their all,,,,
Ron

I found this link and want to share it with you all. Although we live in an island 1,000 miles southeast from Miami, 'we have been there and done that' with you. God save us from another war.
Our sons are getting ready,
Alfred Lopez is getting ready also , my son.
Patria / Puerto Rico

Warm Regards Ron and you all

Spent a month in PR in the mid 60s while on a training mission with the GB. Fantastic duty after the jungle. Great weather, nicest people. Salinas, Ponce, Roosevelt Roads, San Juan. Only bad spot was totalling a jeep when I and a taxi decided to occupy the same space at the same time. Also met a great bunch of our fellow citizens from PR during those Army days.

Already called my Moms' First Cousin Wayne who was present from D-Day forward in Europe, and thanked my friends in the chatroom I frequent.

I want to add my thanks to all those that read this for your service to our great country.

Our differences are what make us strong.

Sincerely,

Salmoneye, The Wife & The Girl
