I wus tickled to see ol Burrhead bring up the lunch vs dinner and supper vs dinner deal down below. I get tired of being corrected. Hey Burr maybe we could just put out a big invite fer a dinner get together, should be a pretty good deal. Anybody who eats dinner 'round noon can't be all bad eh? We'd be long gone by the time them that eats dinner at 6 got there. LOL

Wantabe,I know some people that it happened to. Got invited for dinner,arrived right at 12 Noon and sat around with their stomachs groweling all afternoon till supper.

If i remember right, the dictionary says dinner is (the most important meal of the day) whether it be a morning meal ,an evening meal or mid-day meal
