Morning all. Been recovering from dental surgery two weeks ago that did not go well. They punctured a sinus cavity and it has been a real pain. Finally feeling a little better.

The big pain is having to work this weekend. I work at a small college and we are moving the grading process to the web. Handholding the faculty this weekend, but it will give me a chance to get a lot of stuff done.

It's deer season again in Missouri. Special season for unfilled doe tags. My brother is hunting our farm but I just couldn't be with him. I don't have any unfilled tags as it was a good season for us. But he is going through a divorce and I would like to spend the time with him.

We are ready for the holidays but it will require a trip into St. Louis (hair on the back of my neck standing up....) for a couple of days. It will be good to see the family again but now adays I sit there and think about all the friends and family that have passed on, the table seems to get smaller every year. But there is a new crop of young ones coming up to keep us busy.

Happy holidays to all!

Morning sll - about 10 and overcast in central Mn this morning - Yeah we have some nieces etc in Reno, and mom was going out there and i had made some "fish-shaped clothespins" on the scroll saw, so thought that would be a cute little howdy gift for everybody, so i asked her how many i'd need. She called me back and said "there are 32 relatives out there altogether"! Jeez, here i was about 2 generations behind! Things change fast when you aren't lookin!
