Old bottles

does anybody know of a web site where i can find out what kind of bottles we have found while clearing and old home site?thanks

There's a bottle forum at thetreasuredepot.com. Don't know how good it is. There's a Nathan posting there, but it aint me.

Check out your local library and bookstores, too.
My dad actually ran across a book once. The size
and shapes of the bottles in the pictures gave
him a clue as to what they were used for--medicine, ink,etc. Gets pretty interesting!
Sometimes, at antique stores I have seen tonic
and medicine bottles on display.

I don't know of any good diste, but there may be some...Do a Google Search for collectible bottles...

I might be able to help, but I would need pics and exact wording on any embossed or labeled bottles...

Common verb used up above tha North Pole,just ast ole Jake,Wine Ya noe ,make it from tha surplus nanners'n pinapples there on tha plantation.

I just did a google search, for "bottles" and got 12 pages of sites on bottles.
