Jerusalem Artichoke sets or seedlings? I procrastinated a bit too long, my regular supplier only has them during the month of October, and my bed needs renewing.

The main thing I use 'em for is Llama treats. Fernando gets downright cuddly when I got's a pocketful of them on me.

They're pretty good raw, sliced on a salad like radishes too.

guerneys used to sell them when in Yankton but with new ownership I don,t know. Wife planted them a few years back but she was only one who liked them and I told her to just buy in store They have aweb site but puter went down and lost mine
