Would you like to get away from it all yet be only 5 miles to town?(Parrotsville,Newport,TN) I have 22 acres on a private access road with aprox 1 acre of bottom land along a small creek with a new road built up to the top of the ridge. From here you can see the Smokey Mountians (towards Gatlinburg). There is aprox 3 acres of flat land up there with a unfinished cabin. All the peace and quiet you could want. Lots of deer, turkeys etc. Hunt, relax, hide from terrorists grow your own whatever! There's not land this natural and secluded close town anymore, so if it sounds interesting to you give me a holler and I will give more details. Asking Only $2100 per acre and I might even be able to finance it.

I would be interested in the track; If I may inquire about a couple of specifics.
A. What type of road leads up to the unfinished cabin and to what degree needs completed?
B. Is the parcel within city limits?
C. And finally if it is a cash price what would be your best offer?
Please contact me via. the above email or
P.S. Is there a stream there and if so what would you say the normal rate of flow would be, wide deep?

Thank you for your time in this matter,
Michael Tanner

Thom -- what county is that in? I used to live in Anderson County, around Norris. I threaten all the time to give up corporate America, go back to Tennessee and live on mountain, raise goats and write songs on a dulcimer. Here's my chance if I had a few $$$ around!!!!
