Water Heater Update :)

Guess i never mentioned that the water heater that was giving me problems is in one of those nasty little 6X6-foot cellars and shares its space with an old oil furnace and a screwed-to-the-wall ladder, so replacing it would have been probably a last resort. Not impossible, but one of those "hire me 3 wrestlers and a good crane" projects.
So luckily, it's working again! Since i have now spent like a hundred bucks and renewed everything but the cellar, it's kinda hard to tell what was initially wrong but i'm guessing it mostly had a weak breaker. Oh well, the sucker should pump awhile now. Thanks for all the tips and guidance - the building's still standing, water's still hot & i think we have a winner!
I won't even tell ya what i hope to fix next! (powerlines rubbing on a metal roof grab ya? How bout a water-softener that doesn't fill? On no - the pump runs but nothing comes out! ) Sheesh! Well, maybe if i get into trouble - Thanks again :)
