I have a small pile of the old boy's cedar posts that he used and are still good over 30 years later( about 3/4 of them) But they have something on them and I don't know what... All my fence post are over 100 yards from my well. and we have super sandy ground that will purify pee in 2 feet. Our water is fantastic and they used alot more chemicals in the old days than I use. Have had water tested by county and there is none better in the county. Well is 200ft and most folks wells around here are only 50 ft. Thanks for the replys. Lynch.
