We used to live on "Billy Goat Hill". But then some city slickers stopped by looking for a nice 3 acre ranchett as they called it. We took him and his wife to the top of Billy goat hill and told him it is called Angora Heights and sold it to him for 10 times of what we paid for it 5 years ago.

Are you also looking for a ranchett?
