I was just wondering if they make tractor model kits like they do cars and planes. Does anybody know?

Airfix did make a Ferguson (1/32 if I recall well) in the
sixties and a kaki 1/72 VAK David Brown towing bombs
on airfields during the war as well. There were some
little click assembly kits with no cement Renault tractor
by german Kursor in the seventies but I am afraid this is
all I know of. Good chase anyway.

ERTL has a 1/25 scale plastic kit of the JOHN DEERE 4430. It is a rerelease of a kit first sold in 1973 or 1974. They also have a backhoe.

The ERTL stock number is 15006 and the kit itself is manufactured by AMT

The last I noticed it sold for around $20 or so.

Here are a coupla more addresses, Reber's farm toys 8231se 78th Portland, Ore. 97206 (503) 775-6866----------Yoder models 18638 c.r.46 New Paris In. 46553 (219) 831-4717. I got this information from an 1993 magizine, so who knows. BTW DW if your going to be getting into tractors, even toy ones, might as well start out right and get green ones.(John Deere) It pays to invest in the very best.

Concerning Yoder Models - We have been out of business for about 5 years. Our models are available on Ebay sometimes. Thanks for the interest. Call if you have any questions!

Nice picture of the tractor, but to be absolutely correct, in light of recent developements, it should be painted (Ford) Blue, just like the CNH Genisis tractors which have replaced it!!! You can get the paint at your NEW HOLLAND dealership! Hehehe snicker giggle!
