Reciepes for mock chicken legs

MY MON MADE THESE WHEN I WAS YOUNGER I AM NOW 50 SHE HAS PASSED AWAY AND WE CAN NOT FIND THE RECIEPE ANY WHERE.

We make them by mixing half pork sausage and half hamberger together you can add extra sage,red pepper, salt and black pepper to taste.shape like a chicken leg put in a coffee or popsicle stick (like the bone} roll in bread crumbs and fry. We mix dry mustard and water together add it on top of ketchup for a dipping suace enjoy

Are you sure? I would have thought you would have started by trapping some mock chickens and then prying their legs off and cooking them. Guess this shows what all I know about chickens. I may ask Maggie when I get home.
