...I'm in the Corn Palace City - Mitchell. Don't frequent this board too often, mostly hang over on the Tractor Board. You're right, we really need some of that snow that all those east coasters are suffering through. We learned to live with it - they haven't. We need moisture in our part of the world real bad, but I think you guys out there are worse off than we are. (My $0.02 worth. jal-SD)

Believe me, it ain't the snow that's been the problem for the past two weeks. I've only got a foot on the ground anyway. There is more further south.

Been cold here, too. I think we might be a little more north than you are-I think were about the same latitude as F-14 is, but we don't have any large bodies of water to help moderate our temps. It was -14 yesterday AM, about +12 today & might of got up to 25. Supposed to be high 30's tomorrow. BTW, if ya want to get rid of some of that snow, send it out to the real midwest. We can use it. (Another $0.02 worth. jal-SD)

My latitude is right around 44o. F14 may be as much as 45 but barely. The very northern tip of NH is north of the 45th parralel.

Beecher Falls is at 45 degrees...there is a good chunk of NH above that...Heck...I am at 44.3 degrees...

Why does it suddenly feel warmer?

;-)
