Just about every time you think the fools at unLevel have proven why the children of brother and sister shouldn't run a business, they up and come up with a new stupid idea.
Today the wife and I both got letters from some fool Chicago lawyer threatening to sue for propane we didn't buy or burn. Best part is the wife cancelled her account with them back in 99, and they owe her money ever since.
The only thing unLevel has going for them is lack of communication among the customers, so if you're getting abused by these fools, please drop me an email so we can have a combined attack.

Franz,
Back in 1996 or so I had a fierce run in with them jokers. They sent me a bill for $600.00 or so claiming I had signed a contract stating I would use X-amount of propane per year. Well, I burn around 10 cord of wood per year and only have propane as a back up. When I called them they become really irrate with me AND my wife, I contacted the better businuss bureau which settled them down and they dropped it. When I switched to a REAL propane company Level wanted 75 bucks to take they're tank away! I decided I would shove it in the hollar before I'd give em another penny. They come and got it and I never paid. In fact a guy down the road DID shove his level tank into the hollar!
I have come to find in the years since this time that Level seems to be a very corrupt company with a lot of very angry customers.

Franz your post makes me glad we didn't go with that Co. when we set up our new propane tank. I've talked with some of their exemployees who said they were the worst company around fer screwing the customers and help.
