This may be a dumb question, but the only way I'll learn is ta ask so here goes....

I have some semen on the way so we can AI my duroc, should be here tomorrow and she should go into heat then as she was definatly in standing heat on Jan 29. Well today my Yorkie gilt went into heat. The one that we thought was pregnant when I bought her...guess not. So, question is if they are both in tomorrow should I give each one a dose or still give both doses to the duroc 12 hours apart as planned and catch the yorkie next go around?

Thanks,
DR

Dave, you might be better to rent a boar if you can. I might be out of touch here but I recall 30 yrs ago they said that AI for pigs wasn't too sucessful.

I don't AI, I know many people do, but I haven't gotten to the point where I'm ready for that yet, but if it was me I'd do the york and let the duroc go without. Yorks are better mothers and have larger litters.
