we've been getting some nice rain since last night sometime. one nice shower after the other and then light rain'and drizzle in between. this is exactly what we need so badly! one little soaker right after the other with time for it to get sucked down into the soil in between. it always amazes me how fast the grass and hay respond to rain' like this. it's almost like you can watch it green up. weather guessers and the radar are saying this could last thru tomorrow an right into monday. i sure hope so. then we have a nice cool front moving in after it...that will be a welcome change also as we've still been hitting the mid 90's all week. for now i'm just happy to hear the rain' hitting my tin roof, and watching it drip steadily off my eaves. it's funny how "uplifting" a rainy day can be after such a long drought.

How about gloating and bragging and rubbing it in. Go ahead and pour salt in my wounds. Glad you are getting it. Done dryed up here again. Dan
