Good corn/soybean/wheat ground $65 an acre in eastern Delaware County in Central Ohio.

pretty much like the other two ($65-80 on tillable-good ground). pasture $45-55 unless horse, then $60-70. this is nw mo

Hill ground and small fields $60-80
Bottom ground small fields $80-100
Bottom ground large fields $100-135

Here in Northcentral PA, as low as $10.00 for good old rock, and as much as $50.00 for river bottom.
50 miles south of here, in the Lancaster Valley
as high as $200.00 for good sandy cantelope ground.
