I am wondering if anyone here has seen upholstery fabric with farms scenes, tractor themes, or similar? I did a quick web search and the closest I came was Batesville Casket Company could provide an embroidered panel in a casket lid.

VIP fabrics can be found at the local Walmart, JoAnne Fabrics, Michaels, or other craft stores. I didn't find a site for them, but came up with all kinds of fabric pages that carry VIP.
They have delightful farm series, cows, pigs, chickens and other crritters, plus a fantastic matched group of about 6 different John Deere prints; All the traditional green and yellow with great pics of early tractors and so forth..
there are lots of sources that came up online -
you have your pick of all the tractor greats...
what are you going to be making?
take care,
Lee and Dee

Thanks, I'll hafta check it out.

I got no project for it right now, but a feller on a Ford truck board was asking, as he wanted ag themes on the door panels of his hot rod pickup truck. Got me to thinking of the headliner on my 1950 Ford farm truck that I'm rebuilding. A nice farm scene might be kinda neat.

Fred, sad as it seems,a farm scene in a casket may be an indicator of whats happening to farming in our country today.Lets hope not.

believe it or not, the Bristow, Okla. Wal-mart has a darn good selection of this sort of thing. The MRS. has made lots of stuff like bed spreads, curtains, pillow cases, & throw pillows for the living room from the fabric from there. If they got it in Bristow, they got it in spades every where else I would imagine.
