The wife and I forgot the first 5 (mother in law would ask "how was your anniversary" when we went over on sunday. The Mrs. and I would look at each other and say "ooops when was that?". we always get a good chuckle out of it. Don't sweat it as long as you both forgot. Got mine memorized now It's Oct. 15

I have never forgotten, but have remembered at the last possible moment. Fred forgets every year. The buzzard.

Knowing you a little bit by now, I can only feel sorry for Fred..hehe

You should, not because what I put him through but what he puts himself through. I used to drop hints but he would get insulted..."I know, I remember', then he would forget. No help for him.

It is always funny if the female forgets, but let the guy forget and LOOK OUT. I forgot once in our 4 years, I will never do again, I can promise that.

I'm not THAT sensitive...:-)

But i'll make it up to him. Diner in a nice restaurant and the whole nine...

Yep, it sure did! I think it was something like our 4th or 5th, can't remember exactly which one, but we BOTH forgot it until late that afternoon. We had a good laugh about it. We're now going on year 23, so I guess no permanent damage was done by forgetting, huh? :)

We got married in August and my wife's birthday is in August.

One of them things happened on the 12th and one happened on the 22nd.

As far as pinning it down any further... :-)

Well Greg, actually, we got married twice.

In October 2001, the first time, in Las Vegas. By December we got word from the INS that his divorce in Holland wasn't final because the courthouse had made a mistake with the names. So....we had to wait until they fixed the papers, and got married again in March 4th.

We didn't mind at all; had another great honeymoon..:-)

Not for the first anniversery (last september) but I suspect it'll happen before long. Fortunately I scheduled the wedding to coincide with an important event, its the day before the start of moose hunting season in Maine (well it was before they added a week.) So I'm unlikely to forget the date anyway.
Besides this year our anniversery fell on the day that all the New England folks who post on the Tractor Tales board got together at the Fryeburg fair. How I managed to pull that off I'll never know. She says that this year she gets to pick...

Anyway congraduations!

Every year...

At least she forgets it too, so I am safe...

Dates mean very little to us...
